BPSC AE Exam 2024: Selection Process
Bihar Public Service Commission will select candidates for the posts of Assistant Engineer on the basis of four stages written examination (objective), minimum two years of work experience in the relevant field, interview and document verification.
- Written Exam: The written exam consists of four compulsory papers and two optional papers. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 75% marks to be selected.
- Work Experience: Candidates who are already working in the state public health engineering department get additional marks based on their experience. This stage is 25% of the selection process.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview to assess their academic knowledge, communication skills and suitability for the role.
